Refund Policy

1. General Information

At VipCarDesign, every product is handmade to order using premium materials. We respect both custom production conditions and your right to withdraw within 30 days.

2. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt without providing justification, provided that:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility.
• Processing of refunds occurs within 5-10 business days following receipt and inspection.

3. Custom-Made Products

Customized or personalized items (with name embroidery, logo, or special design) cannot be returned or canceled, except in cases of production error or incorrect model delivery. In such cases, a free replacement or full refund will be offered.

4. Manufacturing or Shipping Errors

If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or full refund.
